Abstract :
According to the working condition requirement of pallet feed cylinder of the block-making machine, a new cushioning structure in the end of hydraulic cylinder has been designed, which is based on ideal curve of cushioning process of cylinder. Mathematical models are established, and simulations are made. The results indicate it has non-hard impact and low soft impact in cushioning process, and good soft starting characteristics. The practices approves that it satisfies the working condition of pallet feed cylinder of block-making machine.
