Abstract :
Based on establishing an evaluation index system of logistics center location, an integrated decision model is constructed by using the entropy method and grey related analysis. The weights of the evaluation indexes are defined by the entropy method. The quantitative process and comparison of the qualitative information are made by grey relation Analysis. This will reduce the subjective elements and improve the accuracy of the evaluation conclusion. A new method for the evaluation of logistics center location is set up. And an example is applied.
