Abstract :
In the study, the main points of enterprise strategic planning are addressed. The enterprise activity and goals of strategic planning are analyzed; a systematic idea of enterprise activity for the strategic planning was developed. The main requirements on the system of models are established, a general approach to their consistent application to automation of the strategic planning of enterprise activity was defined. Architecture has been designed; an information system supporting the realization of strategic planning has been created according to the developed system of models.
