Abstract :
Process electrolytic extraction of copper from sulfuric solutions of rinse tank of the automated line of electroplating is investigated. Copper sedimentation was carried out on carbon fibrous electrodes (CFE) from a constant and a variable conductivity on a thickness of an electrode. Dynamics of copper deposition of depending on initial CFE conductivity, of current density, rate of solution flow, profile conductivity on a thickness of an electrode is studied. Use iso- and nonisoelectroconducting CFE allows to take copper with a current efficiency and rate of its deposition, provides its low maintenance in washing solutions and return of copper to process.
