Abstract :
The radical changes in electric power industry have become a worldwide tendency, involving most developed and a whole range of developing countries. In recent years electric power industry of Mongolia has undergone radical changes: formation of both new legal and regulatory framework and regulation system of the industry, change in power sector structure, gradual formation of the competitive power market.
