Abstract :
In modern electronic devices, linear regulator is increasingly important. Modules in a system may require different supply voltages, and the system always has only one supply. So a regulator will be needed. This paper describes a voltage regulator which can solve the problem above. Different types of vehicles has different battery voltage, the regulator described in this paper can convert the input voltage with a big range (10v-40v) to 3.3v. The output can supply other modules in a system of automotive electronics. The experimental results show that all main expectations are achieved.
