Abstract :
Received from sol-gel solutions Al2O3 possesses all properties inherent in nanocomposition structures, and can be used as a material of a matrix for nanocomposite ceramics, and also protective and dielectric coverings with adjustable thickness. Sol-gel stage comes to the end with formation steady periodic colloid structure formed associated in blocks of different sizes of nanopolymers (PSN). The poton-containing channels of low-activation transport and mobility are formed between blocks PSN at set parameters of such colloid structure. It is typical of nanocomposition structure of firm substances.
