  • Abstract
In order to realize functional nanomachine and nanorobot, we introduce one novel method of producing bimetallic nanowire motor, which is making use of focus ion beam (FIB) and gold sputtering to fabricate nanowire prototype. And the method is proved valid by Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) analysis. And also we design a fine process to manipulate the nanowire prototype successfully. Moreover, we use FIB to fabricate geometric Platinum nanowire with T letter shape, which can swim in hydrogen peroxide with rotary orbit. This novel design of catalytic nanomotor can help us have an advanced understanding of catalytic nanomotor.
