Abstract :
This paper presents a new topology feasible for high power DC-DC conversion. The converter is composed of two ZVS forward power converters attached to the same transformer. This way it has similar characteristics to the full bridge converter. Besides, the voltage over the main switches is half the input voltage. The experimental results obtained from a prototype are presented, as well as the relevant equations and a comparison between the proposed topology and the full-bridge converter
