Abstract :
Exponential improvement and growth of electronic devices and circuits and their application in automobile industry in recent decades has led to an enormous number of circuits and a significant addition to car weight. Such a big quantity of electronic circuits, their complexity, and total cost of ownership (TCO) of the wiring system and growth of the electronic devices especially in hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) caused lots of problems. A few kilograms reduction in car weight is directly related to its efficiency, speed, acceleration and air pollution it generates. In this study we discuss about some weight reduction methods such as Bluetooth, ZigBee, multiplex and powerline telecommunication
