Abstract :
In majority HEV drives the combustion engine cooperates with the other, generally electric, energy sources. The superiority of these kinds of drive over classical drive is possibility of significant increasing the drive efficiency. The efficiency depends on conditions of generator-engine set operation as well as its cooperation quality with battery. So that conditions have some limitations and should be defined precisely. The main target of this modeling-simulation optimization process is to obtain minimum fuel and electricity consumption according to assumed control strategy of ICE operation
