Abstract :
This note deals with the problem of observer-based gain-scheduled Hinfin control for a class of linear parameter-varying systems with time-varying delays in the state and input. A new delay-dependent Hinfin performance criterion is developed via a parameter-dependent Lyapunov approach. Sufficient conditions are presented to design gain-scheduled controllers and state observers to guarantee that the resulting closed-loop system is asymptotically stable with a prescribed Hinfin performance level in terms of parameterized linear matrix inequalities.
