Abstract
After analyzing the feedback from the questionnaires of the EFL students who have taken the listening and speaking practice of self-regulated learning in network environment for two years, the paper points out that self-regulated learning in network environment has a positive influence on improving EFL students´ listening and speaking ability due to the level design, network resources and the alleviation of language anxiety, and emphasizes the importance of further study to make full use of network resources in cultivating EFL students´ self-regulated learning ability and the evaluation of language study in network environment.
