Abstract :
To achieve better performance/improvement in product development cycle time, the "right" system architecture is a must to ensure the critical business requirements are timely & accurately addressed. System architecture covers both the "right" engineering tools deployment & the "right" underlying IT infrastructure. This paper illustrate the actions taken to implement and enhance system and tool re-architecture for Software Development Team in Motorola Penang.
