Abstract :
The authors review recent developments in current-mode analog circuit design in order to illustrate the increasing benefits which may be obtained by adopting a current-mode approach. The characteristics of mirrors and conveyors are discussed, and applications of current-mode circuits are presented, including voltage amplifiers; converters, filters, and oscillators; and rectifiers.<>
