  • Abstract
    A new sensitivity analysis method for cost model of tolerance is presented based on robust design. Using this method, the influence of each tolerance to the cost and redistribute tolerance can be judged base on the influence of each tolerance to the cost. The result of cost reduction is achieved. Example analysis shows that the model is reasonable and efficient.
