Abstract :
The dispatch methods are based on mathematical analysis, intelligent calculation and graph theory. Those methods are complex and in accordance with the fact, but the discrete event simulation method is good for solving the dispatch problem. The simulation method is not only describing the maneuvering support process and the resource structure by process model, but also simulating the stochastic effect by experience data. This paper uses IDEF3 method to modeling the maneuvering support process and simulates the process model by Extendsim tools. The simulation result is abundance of support efficiency data, so we can analyze and estimate the grouping plan by the data. At last, group decision-making method based on linguistic judgement is used to choose the best grouping project.
