Abstract :
Piezoeleetric Surface Shear Wave (SSW) and its reflections at LiNbO/sub 3/ substrate edges, have been newly utilized for two-port resonators. The resonator of SSW mode exhibits a broader bandwidth compared with Rayleigh mode resonators.
