Abstract :
This paper described the process and characteristic of concentrating goods on the logistics network joints (logistics center) based on stochastic service system theory. Applying the method of stochastic process, the operating mechanism of concentrating goods on the logistics network joints is studied and its model (Markov queuing model) is constructed by contrasting and analyzing the operating mode of logistics concentrating goods with that of logistics decentralized. Using the model and example, it is tested that two kinds of operating modes´ system running indices and their change laws along with the change of system busy degree (p). The results indicate that the system running indices of the concentrating goods operating mode are obviously superior to that of the decentralized operating mode and the model is feasible.
