Abstract
The hardware and software design of a new measure and control system of power grid (MCPG) is introduced in this paper. This new system is based on communication technology. It serves as a platform for the utilities of many measure and control applications. By the integration of the hardware and software resources in this platform, further developments of measure and control systems for a particular application could be much more effective and economically.
