This study aimed to present the experiences of students with visual impairment in Saint Louis University, Baguio City, Philippines in their employment of computer technology in their school activities. It specifically looked into the provisions of computer technology usage to their learning development and the problems they encountered in its use. From the analyses of the study, findings of the in-depth interview inquiry have surfaced three themes. It contributed to the development of their affective, social and academic skills. Furthermore, from the richness and thickness of the descriptions given by the respondents during the interview phase, five distinct themes emerged relative to the problems they encountered. These include the following factors: instruction, training, hardware, software, and they themselves as the learner. The results suggest that computer technology skills of students with visual impairment should be enhanced and their problems in its usage should be address.
