  • Abstract
    Web services are an emerging Internet technology to dynamically describe, discover and communicate. With the rapid development of the Web services, how to provide quality of service (QoS) becomes a key factor to achieve success in business. This paper proposes a QoS-based Web service composition approach, illustrates the study of related technology in the Web service composition, provides the QoS-based Web service composition framework, QWSCF, and gives a system deployment and implementation plan accordingly.
