Abstract
This study establishes the use of software to provide efficiency for turnkey electrification projects in Ghana. A correlation design method is employed to a sample of thirty one stakeholders in the power distribution sector in Ghana, and it reveals that there is negative perceived ease of use of software for managements of electrical turnkey projects. T-Test conducted on usage of PM software indicated that statistically there is no usage of PM software and those projects are manually managed in Ghana.
