Abstract :
The monitoring system mainly by the programmable logic controller (PLC) and Fieldbus (PROFIBUS) composition, using programmable logic controller (PLC) on the medium-density fibreboard (MDF) production lines for real-time data acquisition and control, the use of the scene Line (PROFIBUS) equipment and realization of the scene between the PC rapid data transmission. Using decentralized control, multi-level operations, network communications, and other advanced technology and the intelligent control algorithm, the MDF production of thermal grinding, sizing, drying, surfacing, surcharging, hot pressing, such as post-processing section of coordination control. Achieve efficient production process automation, improving labor productivity and the level of automation.
