Abstract :
Based on population and environment statistical data covering 2002 to 2005 of Tianjin, according to relativity analysis method in gray systems theory, the paper calculated the inter-relevancy grade of the factors of Tianjin´ population and environment by quantitative study, meanwhile, summarized their relevancy relationship and analyzed the cause resulting by qualitative study, finally put forward how to coordinate to develop population and environment healthily and harmoniously.
