Abstract :
Thermal wavelength drift in an SSG-DBR laser is suppressed by introducing thermal drift compensation waveguide to DBR laser. Injecting a compensatory current into the thermal drift compensation waveguide reduces the wavelength drift from 1 GHz to around 0.1 GHz
