Abstract :
In this work, we present the results of our investigations of a carbon nantoube ladder network device based on multiwalled embedded CNT arrays. The device is based on vertical nanotubes arrays integrated with waveguides. The transmission of the RF signal through the array is associated with the electrical resonance of the array around 10 THz.
