Abstract :
Countering the problems existing in the control system of szlig-mannanase ferment process, such as complex wires deployed, many parameters influenced, low automation, a fieldbus control system about ferment process based on CAN is designed. The paper puts the emphasis on the circuit design of field intelligent node and intelligent adapter with USB interface and CAN bus interface as well as the methods for software design of the monitor and control system based on CAN bus. Along with the advantages of simplicity, reliability, flexibility and cheapness for its functions, the system can fulfill the controlling requirements of the process of szlig-mannanase fermentation during operation. It is very meaningful for present szlig-mannanase to produce and develop.
