Abstract :
The problem of extracting maximum power for a one-port source comprising an independent current generator of arbitrary waveform connected in parallel with a nonlinear one-port characterized by truncated Volterra series is studied. Closes-form characteristics of the load absorbing maximum net energy are given in both the time and complex-frequency domains. The results can be used in the design of high-frequency mixers and power amplifiers
