Abstract :
In this paper, we present the first experimental results of a series of simple spectral filters based on guided resonance of the photonic crystals (PhCs). In addition, in order to realize the ultimate goal of integrating different devices into a circuit, we proposed a new approach that uses hybrid lattices and their associated properties to design devices. Furthermore, we demonstrated the use of a prism-coupling and a photonic crystal coupling lens to couple terahertz (THz) waves from free space and between different devices
