A Directed Recommendation Algorithm for User Requests Based on Social Networks

In order to discover and target users\´ needs accurately and timely in the social network, a solution is proposed to take advantage of social relationship and context information to provide recommendation results for user needs. This paper presents a directed recommendation algorithm for user requests based on social networks, which combines users\´ profile, social relationship and context information to provide the targeted recommendation for the user\´s requests. With the help of the recommendation algorithm, the users can quickly and accurately locate the information they need. At last the algorithm was evaluated by the real social users data which was collected from a self-built social platform "YOU".
