Abstract :
Based on the working principle of FMCW radar and features of rough material surface, a novel surface inversion method is proposed. First, CZT transform is applied to get the spectrum distribution of beat signal. Then, energy center method is used in calculation of center distance. Finally, the center distance and distance distribution are respectively used as the key interpolation points and interpolation constraints in the ultimate surface inversion process. During the simulation, the author uses MATLAB to simulate the target beat signal under different incident conditions to study the influencing factors of spectrum distribution. Experiment of the coke bulk solid measurement shows that the interpolation surface and the actual coke material surface are basically the same.
