Abstract :
Because of uncertainty coupling of several control variables during the papermaking process, the accurate mathematic model of finished paper´s moisture is difficult to set up. Then a novel finished paper´s moisture control system utilizing fuzzy controller to control the steam flux which enters the dry cylinders is proposed. Based on the analysis of pulp and paper process technics, the methods of offline design and online execution about moisture fuzzy controller are expatiated and validated to be good for moisture control.
