Abstract :
Based on wavelet transform of time-frequency multi-resolution analysis characteristic and the fault type of gearbox, the theoretical model of gear faults vibration signal was established from the perspective of dynamics. The method for fault diagnosis of wind turbine gearbox was proposed, and experiment was carried out to verify the effect of this diagnosis method. The results showed that this diagnosis method could effectively diagnose the partial damage failure of gears in gearbox.
