Abstract :
The income of the postal service is dropping in the traditional business, and the new developing business faces the impact from domestic and international markets. If postal enterprises want to develop, not only should it be work hard in aspects such as service, quality, management, but also the kinds of business will be innovated, and the methods of service will be extended. The postal business for delivering railway passenger ticket is an emerging and typical e-commerce mode. At first, the postal delivering system for railway passenger tickets in Guangzhou is introduced, then the systematic business procedure and basic working condition of every service are analyzed, finally the marketing strategies for the passenger tickets are put forward.
