Abstract :
Based on GB567-1999 “Bursting discs and bursting disc devices”, the rupture disc detection system is developed. The adaptive PID model is established according to the pressure characteristic. combined with the detecting system´s actual requirements. It solves the problem of gas leak and heat dissipation during the disc detecting, so as to control the rupture disc detecting conditions accurately.
