Abstract :
The paper introduces a service and system developed on the basis of the software communication architecture (SCA) that is a standard framework for component software technology. The focus of the study is designing a new SCA-based multi-LAN application system that adopts the same component-based software architecture for software defined radio (SDR). The multi-LAN services provide LAN selection services between Ethernet and wireless LAN connection services with perfect freedom for the user. The assembly and deployment of the components for different LAN services is controlled by the core framework (CF) in the SCA. We propose a competent scheme for the design of components for SCA-based multi-LAN services. It is divided into two parts, an overall deployment architecture design, including functional component division, and an application program interface (API) for each component generated from the generic building blocks for communication between the components.
