Abstract :
This paper proposes a single-magnetic cell-to-cell battery equalization topology. This balancing method achieves energy transportation by fly-back operation and forward operation. Energy transfers directly from the highest voltage cell to the lowest voltage cell which is conductive to improving the balancing efficiency and speed. To confirm the performance of the proposed battery equalizer, stimulations and experments are presented.
