Abstract
This paper is dedicated to questions of possibility of the transmission to reactions irradiated (by use electromagnetic pulses) substance (material objects) on a certain distance - to instantaneous action in distance (IAD) in consequence of electromagnetic irradiation. Wording and statement of problem happens to in paper, and - a possibility IAD hypothetical motivation.
