Abstract :
In knowledge economic time, knowledge capital is replacing material capital and becoming the key factor of the competitiveness of enterprises. But it is hard for the enterprise to acquire the new organizational knowledge by themselves because of various reasons. More and more corporations provide opportunities of organizational learning by forming strategic alliances. The members of strategic alliance obtain the new knowledge via knowledge-transfer among organizations in strategic alliances. After analyzing the common process of knowledge transfer among organizations in strategic alliances, this paper discusses the factors that influence knowledge transfer. The factors can be divided into three aspects: nature of knowledge, features of strategic alliance partners and contextual factors. Finally, it points out the future study trend of knowledge transfer in strategic alliances.
