Abstract :
This paper presents a band-stop tunable filter (BSF) within frequency ranges of 7-13.5GHz and it shows good stop rejection and sharp roll off frequency. It used a novel design to turn the resonant frequency by microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) switch and coplanar-waveguide (CPW) structures. The DC voltage is utilized to load RF-MEMS switch as source of the tunable cell´s power. This paper also gives a method to extract the parameters of the micro-wave filters based on CPW, and the method can be apply to any two dimension structure to extract the parameters of devices.
