Abstract :
We studied biexciton dynamics of an layered perovskite-type quantum-well material (C6H13NH3)2PbI4. We estimated biexciton binding energy to be 60 meV. The equilibrium temperature of biexciton is 160K which is much higher than the lattice temperature.
