Abstract :
In the learning of foreign languages, teachers and students are encouraged to use some audio or video materials. This paper, based on Visual C# Express 2010, centers on the design and implementation of Multimedia Player for Foreign Language Learning. This player makes it easy to play the materials for educational purposes, including the adjustment of the playback speed, and the setting of the starting time points and the ending time points for the repetition parts, which contribute a lot to the more effective use of the materials.
