Abstract :
The paper presents some experimental results concerning the development of a custom TFT-LCD for avionics applications. In particular, a detailed preliminary reliability analysis has been implemented and a characterization of the customize display which will be installed in a military aircraft cockpit has been carried out. In order to prove the performances of the device some environmental tests have been performed; these tests are able to validate the customizing process.
