Abstract :
For a Robot/Saw/Router process, it is shown the dynamical modeling with DOE-Based APC and the development of an Engineering Statistical Process Controller, based on sliding modes for automatic regulation and statistical monitoring using control charts EWMA. It is seen that the designed controller effectively regulates the quality variables and the control charts, applied to the control signals, correctly detect appearance of variability special causes.
