  • Abstract
    We consider that fuzzy set theory can satisfy the requirement for inaccuracy of decision variables under the realistic environment and apply the methodologies of real option to remedy the deficiency of DCF law. We structure a fuzzy real option assessment model and apply this model to investment decision of real technological projects. The result of study shows that, this model accords with the decision convention of investor to carry out investment assessment under the conditions of future reality, and has both characteristics of having good adaptability and easy understanding to the policymaker at the same time.
