Abstract
We are proud to present the technical programme of the 4th IEEE International Conference on Digital Ecosystems and Technologies (IEEE-DEST 2010). The programme includes over eighty research papers that truly represent state-of-the-art technologies and applications for the next Internet generation: Digital Ecosystems. These papers were selected according to the IEEE refereeing standard and each paper was reviewed by 2–5 independent reviewers from the international programme committee.
