Abstract :
In this paper, the robust stability problem of a linear system with parameter uncertainties is handled and a condition is given to ensure the asymptotic stability of the system. Consequently, a robust observer may be designed that takes into account the uncertainties of the system; inequalities are designed that give bounds on the gain of the observer
