Abstract :
The α-stabilization problem for a class of uncertain linear time-delay systems is studied. The synthesis problem addressed here is to design an output feedback control law such that the resulting closed-loop system is α-stable and possesses H performance for all admissible uncertainties, and a sufficient condition for the existence of such a control law is presented in terms of several linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, an illustrative example is advanced to demonstrate the superiority of this method.
