Abstract :
Traffic is becoming one of important problems in our society, which is possible to be resolved by the application of the Internet of Things. Based on the analysis of relevant researches on the Internet of Things, this paper proposes the architecture of real-time information collecting and monitoring system. The system integrates several advanced technologies, such as RFID and wireless sensor networks (WSN), to realize the information collection and transmission and processing. Through the design of the hardware and software, the system can collect traffic information and monitor the traffic flow, and finally help to improve the traffic situation.
